Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) is a unique form of assisted stretching, unlike anything you have ever experienced before! An assisted form of stretching that is performed on a massage table with comfortable straps used to stabilize the limb or part of the body that is not being worked on, thus facilitating complete relaxation of the person being stretched and enhancing the effectiveness of the actions of the therapist. It is safe for all ages and flexibility levels.
